"We personally use the Lil Friends flavoured mineral chews for the rescues and our own rats. The grape one is definitely the most popular and smells divine. The other flavours available are Banana, Carrot and Corn. All flavours have been offered to rats in the time we have been doing the rescue. The Banana, Carrot and Corn ones do get munched on but not as quickly as the Grape flavor does, we are unsure why. The mineral stones are more of a boredom buster than an actually “have to have” product and seem to help with rats that just love to gnaw on things. The mineral stones will not send you broke as they are one of the cheaper products on the market for small animals and do eventually get gnawed down to nothing. "
